Delivery and Return

After ordering a product via marielangaa.dk, you will receive an email confirming that the product has been shipped; in the email you will also be able to see when you can expect to receive your product.
Since all products are made by hand in my own workshop, a short wait can occur should the product be out of stock.

All products are sent through Post Danmark unless you have the opportunity to pick them up on the workshop address: Stenstrupvej 23, DK-4180 Sorø, Denmark.

 

Shipping and Pricing

Freight charges for delivery of ceramics with Post Danmark is covered by the recipient.

 

Returns

You can return any item within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to return a product, please rewrap the item, so that we receive it in its original condition. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition.
You must pay shipping costs when returning a product.
Goods sent without stamps will not be accepted. In exchange for another product, Marie Langaa Pedersen will pay the cargo.

When returning, banking information has to be applied.

Prices

Marie Langaa Pedersen reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices are incl. 25% VAT.

 

Complaint

All products sold on www.marielangaa.dk are subject to 2 years warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not defects or damages directly or indirectly causes by improper use, maintenance or violence. If you believe you have a warranty claim please contact Marie Langaa Pedersen by e-mail: mlangaa@hotmail.com

Include invoice, photos of the claim area, a description of the claim and, if applicable, description of how the fault occurred. Defect products are covered within a reasonable time, then waives the right.
